Complete the following steps to view the test log.
Note: If you are already running the diagnostic program, begin with step 4.
1. Insert the IBM Enhanced Diagnostics diskette CD.
2. Shut down your operating system and restart the computer.

Diagnostic error message tables

The following tables provide descriptions of the error messages that might be listed
in the test log after you run the diagnostic programs.
Important: If error messages are displayed that are not listed in the following table,
make sure that your computer has the latest level of BIOS code installed.

a. To save the test log to a diskette, you must use a diskette that you have
formatted yourself; this function does not work with preformatted diskettes. If

other data.
b. The system maintains the test-log data while you are in the diagnostics
program or until you save the test-log. The test-log is cleared when you exit
the diagnostics program.
