Lifecycle 9100 and 9500HR Series Exercise Bikes
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Model LC9500HR

Step 6
Position the RIGHT HANDLEBAR SHROUD (#9) so the
tab on the top of the shroud slips into the corresponding
slot in the bottom of the TOP HANDLEBAR SHROUD and
gently swing the SHROUD towards the HANDLEBAR and
into place.
Insert the HANDLEBAR SHROUD SCREW - long (#3)
through the user left side of the HANDLEBAR and align
the corresponding screw hole in the SHROUD (#9) with
the SCREW. Carefully tighten the SCREW until it has
secured the shroud in place. Do not over tighten.
Locate the WIRE HARNESS inside the RIGHT
HANDLEBAR SHROUD (#9) and out of the way of the
LEFT HANDLEBAR SHROUD (#10).
Be careful not to pinch the wire harness between the
shroud or the shroud screw

LEFT SHROUD
Step 7
Position the LEFT HANDLEBAR SHROUD
(#10)
so the TAB on the top of the SHROUD slips into the
corresponding slot in the bottom of the TOP HANDLEBAR SHROUD. Gently push the LEFT HANDLEBAR
SHROUD into position aligning it with the RIGHT HANDLEBAR SHROUD (#9).
Note: The tabs on the top of the LEFT and RIGHT HANDLEBAR SHROUDS must be inserted into the slots in •
the TOP HANDLEBAR SHROUD or proper alignment and support will not be obtained.
Insert the two HANDLEBAR SHROUD SCREWS - short (#4) through the RIGHT HANDLEBAR SHROUD (#9) and
into the LEFT HANDLEBAR SHROUD (#10). Tighten the screws, but do not over tighten.
CAUTION!: BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREWS.
Step 8
Place the DISPLAY CONSOLE (#8) on the Display
Console Bracket, insert the four DISPLAY CONSOLE
SCREWS (#5) and tighten in a crisscross manner.
CAUTION!: BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN THE
SCREWS.
Step 9
After placing the Ufecycle in the intended location for use,
check the stability of the bike. If the bike is not level, rotate
the FOOT in the STABILIZER BAR that appears to
be
higher until the Lifecycle is level.
