Replacing the control panel

The steps for replacing the standard control panel and the optional local control panel
(LCP), with LCD screen, are almost identical and are described in the following steps.
Differences in the procedure, where they exist, are noted.
Caution
Important
To replace the control panel:

Follow the instructions in
sure you turn off the server, then unplug the power cord and all other cables connected
to the server.

Remove the bezel by pulling it straight out from the front of the chassis.
Your server must be operated with a control panel in place.
Correct operation of the optional LCP control panel requires the
