Model 70 Pocket PC 2002 User's Guide

Opening Programs

You can switch from one program to another by selecting it from the Start menu. You
can customize which programs you see on this menu. For help, see "Customizing Your
Model 70" later in this chapter.
Note: Some programs have abbreviated labels for check boxes and drop-down menus.
To see the full spelling of an abbreviated label, tap and hold the stylus on the label.
Drag the stylus off the label so that the command is not carried out.
To open a program

Press one of the four program buttons on the front panel. The icons on the buttons
identify which program opens.
The following table contains the list of programs that are on your Model 70 Pocket PC
2002. If you upgraded your Model 70 to Pocket PC 2002 from Pocket PC 2000, you
may not have all these programs loaded. Look on the Microsoft Pocket PC 2002
Companion CD for additional programs that you can install on your Model 70.
Also, Appendix A contains a list of programs that were installed on your Model 70 if
you upgraded it to Pocket PC 2002 vs programs that are installed on your Model 70 if
you purchased it with Pocket PC 2002.
