INTRODUCTION NAVIGATION

TMC Scan

TMC Scan only tunes into stations that support the TMC feature.
Starting TMC Scan
To start a TMC Scan,
switch to the radio functions menu by pressing the TU button A and

2 press the softkey assigned to the PAGE 2 menu item.
3 Press the softkey assigned to the TMC-SCAN menu item.
The TMC Scan begins. The activity of the scan seek tuning operation is
indicated symbolically in the display foreground.
Stopping TMC Scan
If you want to stop scan seek tuning or continue listening to a station set by the
scan seek tuning operation,
press the ESC button 9.

Scan seek tuning is stopped and the station that was tuned into last will
then continue to be heard.

Storing stations

The TravelPilot can store 24 FM stations on four memory levels and six MW
stations on one memory level.
Storing stations manually
To store a station manually,
switch to the radio functions menu by pressing the TU button A and

2 select the softkey assigned to the required FM memory level (FM1, FM2,
FMT or FMC) or the MW frequency range.
The unit switches back to the main radio mode menu.
