SMS (Short Message Service)

Receiving a message

When an SMS message is received:
– "Receiving SMS Message" is
displayed.
– a tone is heard (if the handset ringer is
turned on).
– h is displayed with the total number
of new (unread) SMS messages.
Reading a received message

L If a mailbox contains new
(unread) SMS messages, "@" is
displayed next to the total number
of messages for that mailbox.
