Mailbox reception

This function is used to receive a document in a mailbox. This is helpful if
only a specific person should be reading the message. However, both
machines must be of the same type.
The reception is only executed if both mailbox ID codes are identical. This
prevents the document from being transmitted to an incorrect mailbox.
Before transmission inform the sender about your mailbox ID.
The incoming document is stored in the Minoltafax 2800/3800 memory
and will only be printed once the correct 4-digit mailbox number and, if
required, the 4-digit mailbox ID have been entered. You can configure up
to 10 mailboxes.
