You can set the CPU/Memory frequency either by Hardware dip switch
(CJ1) or in the BIOS (SOYO Combo Setup). If you set the frequency by dip
switch and in the BIOS at the same time, the system will follow the settings
in the BIOS. For the dip switch settings to take effect in the system, load
"optimized BIOS settings" in the BIOS. Then set the dip switch according to
your CPU/Memory specification.
The default Boot-up frequencies of CPU/Memory are "100MHz/100MHz"
(on, off, off, off, off).
