G. Gas Valve Replacement
Once the valve assembly has been removed, the gas
valve, pilot assembly, orifi ce fl ex tube, and fl ex ball valve
can be replaced.

1. Place the valve assembly on a clean, stable surface to
service or replace any components.
2. Disconnect the orange and green wires from the
valve.
3. Removed the Pilot fi tting from the valve assembly
4. Disconnect the orifi ce gas fl ex and gas ball valve fl ex
from the (2) fl are fi ttings.
5. Unscrew (2) screws located under the pressure taps
to remove the gas valve from the valve bracket.

1. Disconnect the orange and white wires from the con-
trol module.
2. Remove the pilot fi tting from the valve assembly.
3. Remove two screws that secure pilot assembly to the
pilot bracket.
