13.1
System maintenance
The following maintenance options are available for the Speed Touch 591s:
•
specifying the active memory bank, erasing memory banks, and performing other
software maintenance tasks
•
forcing the Speed Touch 591s to boot up
•
resetting the Speed Touch 591s
•
displaying the SEEP
•
displaying TCA profiles (frame relay Speed Touch 591s only)
The first four options are accessible through the MAINT — SYSTEM — RELEASE
screen on the NMTI (see Figure 13-1). TCA profiles are displayed through the
MAINT — SYSTEM — TCA_PROFILE screens on the NMTI. Figure 13-2 shows
an example of a screen for FRCC-type TCA profiles.

Every time the ERASE_NVM command is executed, the
