Troubleshooting
Solution
Count the pages again and
resend.
Enter the correct ID.
Delete the mailbox
transmission and send
again.
Check the recipient's
mailbox ID and send again.
Inform the recipient of the
correct mailbox ID and ask
them to send again.
Ask the recipient to print
the document and send
again.
Print out the document
from the mailbox and ask
the recipient to send again.
