Four Directories are provided:
Corporate – College Directory
Personal – Off campus telephone numbers
Callers List
Redial List
To select a directory
Press the [Directory] key
Scroll down the list and press the {Select} soft key to
select a directory
Use the soft keys to place calls or edit the directory

USING THE PERSONAL DIRECTORY:

You can create a personal directory that lists one hundred
telephone numbers.
To Add a Telephone Number to Your Personal Directory:
Press the [Directory] key
Scroll to Personal Directory
Press the {Select} soft key
Press the {Add} soft key
Using the numeric keypad, enter the name (in this
mode the keypad will enter letters similar to the way
letters are entered on many cell phones).
Press the {Next} soft key
Enter the telephone number; be sure to include 9, 1,
and area code for an off campus telephone
Press the {Done} soft key
Press the [Quit] key when you are finished adding
entries
To Place a Call from Your Personal Directory:
Press the [Directory] key
Press the {Select} soft key
Use the navigation keys to review your directory and
select the name to be called
