TRANSFER:
Press the {Trans} soft key; the caller is placed on hold.
Dial the extension number, and you will hear ringing.
You can announce the call then press the {Trans} soft key
or immediately press the {Trans} soft key to complete
Note: If no answer press {Cancel} or
Press the [Extension Line] key to return to your original
call.
CONFERENCE:
You can set up a Conference call with up to six callers
(including yourself).
Call the first individual to be added to the conference.
Press the {Conf} soft key; and first caller is automatically
placed on hold you will receive dial tone.
Dial the number of the next person you want to add to
the conference.
After the person answers, press the {Conf} soft key
again. This adds both parties to the call.
To add additional participants to the conference call
repeat the above steps
Note: If the person you attempt to add to your conference is
unavailable, or if you dialed incorrectly:
Press the [Goodbye] key.
Press the [Extension Line] key to return to your original call.
CALL FORWARDING (Ericsson's DIVERT):
To Forward to Voice Mail:
With the phone idle, press the {Fwd} soft key.
Dial 3303.
Press the {Fwd} soft key again.
CFWD will now display.
Note: After the first time you forward to voice mail, you need
only press the {Fwd} twice to forward to voice mail.
To cancel Call Forwarding:
With the phone idle, press the {Fwd} soft key.
CFWD will no longer display (cancelled)
