If you cannot solve the problem

If you have a problem with your machine that you cannot solve with the information provided in
this chapter, contact the Imagistics National Diagnostic Center at 1-800-243-5556.
CAUTION: If you detect odd sounds, smoke or odor emitting from your machine, unplug it
immediately and contact the Imagistics National Diagnostics Center. Do not
attempt to disassemble or repair the machine yourself.
IMPORTANT: Attempting to repair the machine yourself may void the limited warranty.
When you contact the Imagistics National
Diagnostic Center, make sure you have the
following information ready;
• P roduct name: fx2080
• S erial number (located on the label located
at the back of the machine)
• Details of the problem
• S teps taken to try to resolve the problem
and the results
