FLUE ACCESSORIES (DIAMETER IN

connections are properly sealed.

NOTICE:
Support the flue at approximately one
metre intervals and at a change of direction,
use suitable brackets and fittings.
CAUTION:
Non accessible flue systems:
B Where a flue system is not going to be
accessible, provision must be made for
service and inspection.
B Voids containing concealed flues must
have at least one inspection hatch no less
than 300mm square.
B Flue joints within the void must not be
more than 1.5M from the edge of the
inspection hatch.
B Inspection hatches should be located at
changes of direction.
B If this is not possible, bends should be
viewable from both directions.
