Default Settings

In Home mode, the Default setting for TIME and WEIGHT will be the "last entered
value." For example, if for your last workout, you entered a TIME of 21:00 and a
WEIGHT of 150 pounds, the default settings for TIME and WEIGHT for your next
workout will be 21:00 and 150 pounds.
Resetting the Computer
If you wish to return to the Initial Computer Set Up Mode to change from English
to Metric, or to reset the Elevation, you can get there two different ways. One
way is, with the display on, remove and reinstall the batteries. The second way
is to press and hold the RESET and ENTER buttons (again, the display must first
be on.)

Computer Buttons

" + " and " – "
These buttons are used to set values for TIME, WEIGHT, ELEVATION, MILES,
KILOMETERS etc. These buttons are not active during the Exercise Mode (when
the time is counting down) or during the Results Mode.
ENTER:
This button is used to confirm or "set" a value such Time, Weight, Elevation,
Miles, or Kilometers. This button is not active during the Exercise Mode (when
the time is counting) or during the Results Mode.
RESET:
This button can be used to return you to the SET TIME display. Once in the SET
TIME display, pressing RESET will set the TIME to 0:00.
SCAN 1, 2, and 3:
These buttons are used to control the information displayed in either the Exer-
cise Mode, or in the Results Mode.
START / STOP:
This button can be used from the SET TIME display to enter the QUICK START
mode. When in Exercise Mode, pressing the button will stop the exercise and
switch the display into Results Mode.
