Used to determine the dialling type of each C.O. line. There are two options:
0 Dual tone multi frequency (DTMF)
1 Pulse (rotary dial)
PROGRAM KEYS
UP & DOWN
KEYPAD
SOFT KEYS
SPEAKER
HOLD
ANS/RLS
ACTION
1. Open programming and select 402
Display shows
2. Dial trunk number (e.g., 704)
OR
Use UP or DOWN to scroll through trunk numbers and
press RIGHT soft key to move the cursor
OR
Press ANS/RLS to select ALL
3. Dial 1 for PULSE or 0 for DTMF (e.g. 1)
OR
Use UP or DOWN to scroll through options
Press RIGHT soft keys to return to step 2
4. Press TRSF to store and exit
OR
Press SPEAKER to store and advance to next MMC
