Setting Paper Size

To use a pre-defined paper size (letter, legal,
A4, etc.), select the desired paper size in the
page Setup dialog box.
If the desired paper size has not been
defined, use the following procedure to add
and configure the desired paper size.

[Control Panel] in [Apps] screen -
[Hardware and Sound] - [Devices
and Printers].

Select [Brother PJ-673], and then
click [Print server properties].

Click the [Forms] tab, and then click
[Change Form Settings]. If the
[User Account Control] dialog box
is displayed, enter the password and
click [Yes].

Configure the desired paper size,
etc., and add the paper size.

Open [Control Panel] - [Hardware
and Sound] - [Printers].

Make sure no items are selected,
and then right-click in the [Printers]
window and select [Run as
administrator] - [Server
Properties...]. If the authorization
confirmation dialog box is displayed,
click [Continue]. If the [User
Account Control] dialog box is
displayed, enter the password and
click [OK].

Click the [Forms] tab, configure the
desired paper size, etc., and then
add the paper size.

desired paper size, etc., and then
add the paper size.
NOTE
If a paper size is specified with the same
size as a pre-defined one (Letter, Legal,
A4, etc.), the standard settings will be
given priority and the new paper size
cannot be used.
