Check the print language of the printer.
Verification
Using PCONSOLE from the computer, check
if the user name and group name are
registered in [Print Server Information] >
[Printer] > [Printer xxx Environment Settings]
> [Notify].

Check if the NOTIFY option is specified when
jobs are sent.

Switch off the printer, then switch it on again.
