Installation note: The fan has an orientation marking (D). Be sure to install the fan with the arrow pointing up.

Main drive assembly removal

1.
Remove the system board and inner shield. See
page 4-76.
2.
Remove the screw securing the gear guard (A).
3.
Remove the power take off shaft and spring. See
page 4-72.

Remove the developer drive assembly. See
