In struments
Fault di sp lay
Display --. -°C or a n F in the disp lay
indicates a fa ult. Have the c ause
elim inated, c onsult a workshop . We
recom mend your Vauxhall Authorised
Repairer.
Interrup tion of power suppl y
If the power supply has been interrupted or
if the b attery voltage has dropped too low ,
the d ate a nd time must be reset.
When the battery has b een reconnected or
charged, set the date and time as
described under "Setting da te and tim e".
In the case of rad ios with RDS 3, the time is
set automatically when the radio is
receiving an RDS station w hich broadcasts
a time signal (see page 29).

Outside temperature

A fall in temp erature is indicated
immed iately and a rise in temperature
after a tim e delay.

Warning
C aution: The road surface ma y already
be icy even though the disp lay indicates
a few degrees above 0 °C.
If the external tempera ture falls to 3 °C , to
warn of ice on the road the sym bol :
appea rs on the Trip le Info display.
When the tem perature climbs, the sym bol
: goes out above 5 °C .
Slippery road
-2 ,5°C
OK
In v ehicles with graphical information
display 3 or colour information d isplay 3 , a
warning m essa ge appears in the disp la y a s
a warning for icy road surfaces. There is no
message below -5 °C
