Port attributes can be setup in this page.
Setup Port Attributes
Click the "Name" column of the port. Enter a name for identification, like 'Richard';

and press Enter
Leave the "Admin" column 'Enable' value to make the port to be in operation

or 'Disable' to pause it
Select Duplex mode---10Half/10Full; 100Half/100Full; 'Auto' for auto-negotiation and

1000Full auto-detection
Select 'Enable' to take "Flow Control" effect

Click Apply button to apply settings
Also accomplished by simply mouse right-click the port on the 'Panel Display'
NOTE:
then select 'Configuration', the configuration screen pops up.
