Quick access keys (Camera/Power/Concierge)
[Sliding] key (adjusting speaker volume)
You can also use the three quick access
keys allocated in the bottommost row of the
keypad while your Vertu phone is open.
[Camera] key (
)

This key, if pressed from the Home screen,
quickly launches the camera application.
[Power] key (
)

Press and hold the [Power] key to switch
your Vertu phone on or off.
Or, give a short press on the key from the
Home screen, to show the profile list, which
gives you a list of options, such as switching
your phone off, locking the keypad or changing
the active profile on the phone (e.g. switching
profiles from General to
).
Meeting
[Concierge] key (
)

You can quickly access the Concierge
menu by pressing the [Concierge] key from
the Home screen. From this screen, you
can call or send a message request to
Concierge. (Concierge is an exclusive
service for VERTU Club members.)
When your Vertu phone is open, you can
use the [Sliding] key on the right side of the
phone, to adjust the volume of your phone
conversations, as well as that of the music
or video you play.
Slide the key upwards to increase the
volume. Slide the key downwards to
decrease the volume.
Using your Vertu phone

Outer display

Touch sensor
You can still control a voice call or Media player on the outer display, even
if you close your Vertu phone during an active (hands-free) call or while
music is being played on Media player with the fold open. You also do not
need to open your Vertu phone to stop or snooze an actiavated clock alarm.
The outer display is touch-sensitive in the four areas indicated below. On
these areas, a variety of buttons will appear, depending on the changing
conditions. By just tapping these buttons, it is possible for you to handle or
control calls in progress, music played on Media player or an activated
alarm, etc.
