2 Select the checkbox of the administrator account that you would like
to modify.
3 Select Properties.
The Administrator Properties dialog appears.
4 Check the User must change password at next logon box to
force the user to change his administrator account password, the
next time he or she logs into OmniTouch Fax Server.
5 Click OK.
The deletion policy is used to remove faxes from the archive
database. There are two types of fax records that can be removed,
either separately or together. The first is the fax entries, which is all
the data concerning an incoming or outgoing fax, excluding its
content. The second is the fax content itself (message and appended
files). It is possible to backup files from the archive, before deletion.
