The Notification Destinations Properties dialog appears.
3 Modify the mail notification destination options as needed.
4 Click OK.
1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Notification
Destinations|Mail.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the mail
notification destination that you want to delete, and then click
Remove.
3 In the appearing dialog, click Yes to confirm the deletion, or click
No, if you change your mind.
The mail notification destination disappears from the list.
4 Click OK.
Note: An administrator will be prevented from modifying or deleting a
mail notification destination already added to an inbound fax
routing rule or an outbound fax additional destination. The
notification destination must be removed from all of these
folders, before it can be discarded here.
You can specify a local printer or a network printer. Faxes can be
routed only to the printers specified in the notification
destinations.
1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Notification
Destinations|Printers and then click Add.
