Locked Print

Follow the procedures below to print a document using the "Locked Print" func-
tion.

Windows 95/98/Me
A
From an application, select [Print] from the file menu.
The print dialog box appears.

Open the Printer Properties.

Click to select the [Setup] tab.

Select [Locked Print] in the [Job Type] box.

Click [Details].

Enter the "User ID" in [User ID]. This can consist of up to eight alphanumer-
ic (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) characters. Then enter a password in [Password] of up to
four digits.

❒ This is used to identify the user associated with a job.

Click [OK].

Click [OK] to apply the settings you made.

After making all of the settings you want, click [OK] to close the Printer
Properties.
The document file is saved in the machine.

On the machine's control panel, press the { { { { Printer} } } } key to display the Print-
er screen.
