Staple and Punch

Follow the procedures below to print a document using the "Staple and Punch"
functions.
Windows 95/ 98/ Me
A
From an application, select [Print] from the file menu.
The print dialog box appears.

Open the Printer Properties.

Click the [Setup] tab.
D
Make the settings you want in [Staple] (or [Punch] ).
E
Start printing from the application's print dialog box.
Windows 2000
A
From an application, select [Print] from the file menu.
The print dialog box appears.

Open the Printer Properties.

Click to select the [Paper/Quality] tab.
D
Click [Advanced...].
The [Advanced Options] dialog box appears.

Click to select the function you want to use and select the appropriate set-
ting.
F
After making all of the settings you want, click [OK] to close the Printer
Properties.
G
Start printing from the application's print dialog box.
