There are4 powerlevels available: Critical, High, M edium and Low. O nthe
Medium andLowlevels, theunitrunsasnormal.
Thefollowing stepsshowhowtheunitreactsduring startup
at Critical andHighpowerlevels.

During startups atCritical and Highlevels, theunitwilldelay

Auto-Extend Delays

extend ifthe utility rate is Critical o r Highat the scheduledstart. The
default s etting willautomatically e xtend these cycles.
Critical R ate Option
Thisoptionallows yoursmartappliance to respond to Critical Rate
information byautomatically engaging theCritical Response M ode. The
Critical Response Modeisdesigned t o maximize energy savings whena
cycle isrunduringa Critical Rateperiod. Thedefault s ettingisYES. Setting
thisoptionto NOwilldisable theCritical R esponse Node.
Timed Dry EP Option
tftheunitisrunning inTimedDryModeandtheutilityrateswitches to
Critical or High, t heunitwillconserve e nergybydecreasing heatif YES
(default) isselected, tfNOisselected, theunitwilloperatenormally.
NOTE: WhenYES (default)is selected, yourloadmaybedamp
attheendofthecycle.
