VDE: Differential-Leakage-Current Test

The VDE: Differential-Leakage-Current test measures the magnitudes of the differential
current flowing in the Equipment Outlet L1 and L2 circuits. Figure 5-11 shows the
electrical connections between the ESA601 and the DUT. The reading is taken after
selecting this function. DUT power is ON.
