When
you play back
Using any otber video camera recorder, you rannot record on tape that has recorded
copyright control signals for copyright protection of software which is played back oil
your camcorder.
When
you record
You rannot record software on your ramrorder tbat rontains copyright control signals
fur copyright protection of sof_wm e.
"COPY INHIBIT" appears on tile screen or on tile TV screen if you try to record such
sol,wine.
Your camcorder does not record copyright control signals on the tape when it records.
12 bit mode: The original sotmd can be recorded ill stereo 1, and the new sotmd in
stereo 2 in 32 kHz. Tile balance between stereo 1 and stereo 2 can be
adjusted by selecting AUDIO MIX in tile menu settings during playback.
Both sotmds can be played back.
16 bit mode: New audio cannot be recorded but tile original sound call be recorded ill
high quality. Moreover, your camcorder call also play back sotmd
lecorded ill 32 kHz. 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz. When playing back a tape
lecolctect in the 16 bit mode, the 16BIT indicator appears on screen.
When you play back a dual sound track tape recorded in a stereo system, set HiFi
SOUND to the desiled mode in the menu settings (p. 202).
