Don't leave stationary images, such as those generated fl:om stock
market reports or video games, on-screen for more than :tO rain-
utes. Still patterns can scar the Projection _]W causing permanent
damage to the picture tubes.
If you plan to place speakers next to the Projection TV, make sure
they are magnetically shielded. Ordinary speakers will cause
distortion in the picture due to their stror._g magnets. This distor-
tion, however, will not harm the picture t_abes.
For maximum enjoyment and safe operatmn of' your MITSUBISHI
Color Projection TV, please read the "IM]?ORTANT SAFE-
GUARDS" carefully and apply them properly.
To keep your TV from toppling in the event of an earthquake, you
can use the clamp attached to the back of the television to secure it
to the wall. Simply run a cord or rope through the clamp: then
attach the rope to the wall directly behind the television.
Calling for service
If you are unable to correct a problem with your Projection TV,
consult your MITSUBISHI dealer or MITSUBISHI Auth,_rized
Warranty Service Center.
Do not adjust any controls not described in this owner's _,_ide.
Do not remove the protective back cover of tlhis unit.
If you see the ]bllowing display on your screen, you should not
change any settings. This is a special display used by the factory.

If this display appears, make sure that all of the on/off settings are
the same as the illustrations above and then turn the Projection TV
off. If any of the settings are different than the illustration above,
turn the Projection TV off and consult your MITSUBISH]: dealer or
MITSUBISHI Authorized Warranty Service Center.
