Renaming the inputs
This feature allows you to rename the exr_ernal inputs. For ex-
ample, you might want to name one input "VCR" and another input
"DISC." The name you give the inputs will appear on the on-screen
display.

Your choices are:
First Time Set-Up

Advanced Features
Use ADJUST to select.
Then press ENTER.
Press MENU to exit menus.
Customize Viewinq

Use Video mute
Use Power restore
Use Advanced PIP
Use ADJUST to select.
Then press ENTER.
Press MENU to return to
TV Main Menu.
Rename the inputs
Input label New name
Ext-1 .....
Ext-2 .....
Ext-3
Use ADJUST to select.
Then press ENTER.
Press MENU to return to
Customize Viewing Menu.

Input label New name
Ext-1
Use ADJUST to select.
Then press ENTER.
Press MENU to return to
Customize Viewing Menu.
O Press the MENU button on the
remote control. The TV Main
Menu will appear on the screen.
O Select "Customize Viewing"
using the .M:)JUST buttons;
then, press ENTER.
O You will see the "Customize
Viewing" screen. Select "Re-
name t:he inputs" using the
ADJU_,T buttons; then, press
ENTER.
Use the ADJUST
buttons to
select the input (Ext-1, Ext-2 or
Ext-3) you want to rename.
TheE, press ENTER.
Set the ne.w name using the
ADJUST buttons and the
ENTER button.
You can rename the inputs
using letters (A-Z), numbers
(0-9), or symbols (:/. , ( ) ! " # $
% & ' h,lank + ; < = > ? blank -).
When you press the CANCEL
button while setting the name,
the cursor will move one posi-
tion to the left. You can clear
the entire name by pressing
CANCEL when the cursor is at
the left-most position.
After you have finished naming
the inputs, press the MENU
button; the screen will return to
the "C ust omize Viewing" menu.
