All Message Playback
All recordedmessages are played back. At the end of the last
message, "End of final message" is heard.The unitwillannounce
the remainingrecording time if itis lessthan 5 minutes.
New Message Playback
Only new messages are played back. At the end of the last
message, "End of final message" i s heard. The unit will
announce the remaining recordingtime if it is less than
5 minutes.
Recording a Memo Message
You can leave a personalmessage.
1. Talk after you hear "Pleaseleaveyour message.".
2. When you finish recording,hang up.

All recordedmessages (except greeting message) are
erased.

Recording s Greeting Message
You can re-recordyour greeting message.
1. Press [_.
You will hear a voice prompt followed'bya long beep.
2. After the beep, talk for up to 2 minutes.
3. When you finish recording,press [_.
4. Your greetingwill be played back for confirmation.

• 3 seconds after playback, the voice menu will start again from the
beginning.
• If you hear "Memory full" after playback, erase some or all of the
messages (p. 70).
