Stop just beforethe zipperfoot reachesthe slider
on the zipper tape about 2"(5 cm)fromthe top of
the zipper.
Lowerthe needleslightly into the fabric, raisethe
foot°
Openthe zipper to movethe slider(_)behind
the zipperfoot°
Lowerthe foot and stitch the remainderof the
seam,makingsurethe fold is even..

Close the zipper and spread the fabric flat with
the right side ® facing up..

Move the zipper foot't_ the lee pin.
Guide the edg e of the fqot along the zipper teeth
(_ and stitch through the garment and zipper
tape.
Remove the basting stitches along the zipper
opening..

[] Stop at about 2" (5 cm) from the top of the zipper.
Lower the needle slightly into the fabric, raise the
foot°
Open the zipper to move the slider @ behind the
zipper foot..
Lower the foot and stitch the remainder of the
seam, making sure the fold is even.
