AUTO White balance adjusted automatically.

If AUTO does not produce the desired results (for
example, when taking close-ups), choose the op-
tion that matches the light source.

• Auto white balance is used with the flash. Turn the
flash off (pg. 35)to take pictures at other settings.
• Resultsvary with shooting conditions. Play pictures
back after shooting to check colors in the monitor.

CONTINUOUS
Capture motion in a series of pictures.

TOP40(HIGH SPEED): The camera takes up to 40
pictures at high speed while the shutter button
is pressed. Not available in !_1"_!.
• _ TOP40: The camera takes up to 40 pictures
while the shutter button is pressed.
• OFF: T he camera takes one picture each time the
shutter button is pressed.

• Tile flash turns off automatically. Tile previously-se-
lected flash mode is restored when OFF is selected
for [] CONTINUOUS.
