Pictures on a Computer
Cautions
• Useonly memory cards that have been formatted in
tile camera and contain pictures taken with tile
camera. If a memory card containing a large number
of images is inserted, there may be a delay before
FinePixViewer starts and FinePixViewer may be
unable to import or save images. Usea memory card
reader to transfer pictures.
• The indicator lamp blinks green and orange during
data transfer. Make sure the indicator lamp is out
before turning tile camera off or disconnecting tile
USB cable. Failure to observe this precaution could
result in lossof data or damage to internal memory or
the memory card.
• Disconnect tile camera before inserting or removing
memory cards.
• Use FinePixViewerto copy voice memos.
• FinePixViewer may not perform as expected when
run from another computer over a network.
• Tile user bears all applicable fees charged by tile
phone company or Internet service provider when
using servicesthat require an Internet corlrlection.
Confirm that the indicator lamp isout and press [] to
turn tile camera off. Disconnect the USBcable.

Only uninstall FinePixViewer before reinstalling tile
software or when it is no longer required.
• Windows users
Open tile control panel and use "Programs and
Features"
(Windows
Vista)
or
"Add/Remove
Programs" (other versions of Windows) to uninstall
FinePixViewer,FinePixResource,and FinePixStudio.
Under Windows, one or more confirmation dialogs
may be displayed; read tile contents carefully before
clicking OK.
Macintosh users
After quitting FinePixViewer and disconnecting tile
camera, drag tile
"FinePixViewer" folder
from
"Applications" into tile Trash and select Empty
Trash in tile Finder menu.
