OPTIONAL PROCEDURE FOR BUTTONHOLES
Step A: Bar Tack
t. Set the needle position at "L", stitch width at "5"
and stitch length at "0"_
2. Lower the preset foot end sew 3 to 4 stitches,
3. Step the machine when the needle is in the
material and atthe left side of the stitches, (Posi-
tion A)
Step B: Left Row
1 Set the stitch width at "2" and stitch length at "F"
2, Sew the _sired length !n reversei
3, Stop the machine when the needle is in the
material at the left side ofthe stitches. (Position B)
Step C: Final Bar Tack
1. Set the stitch width at "5" and stitch length at"0".
2. Sew 3 to 4 stitches
3. Stop tee machine when the needle is m the
matena_ er_ at tee r_gnt side of the stitches,
(Position C)
Step D: Right Row
t. Set the needle position at "R". stitch width at "2"
ar_ stitch lengt,h at "F"
2. Sew ontil the needle reaches the other bar tack
3, Stop the machine when the needle is in the
mater_al end at the dgnt side of the s_itcheso

Step E: Securing Buttonhole Stitch
1= To s_ure stitching, set the s_ch width to "0",
Turn the material g0 degrees eountetc{ockwise
and sew 5 - 6 straight stitches, ttliustratioe E)

3. Pare la maquina euande ta aguja est_ picada en
el tejido ala izquierde de Ins puntadaa (poelci#n

Paso C: Remate final
I. Ajusteetanchodepuntadaen"5"yettargeen_
2. Cosa 3 5 4 puntadas
3_ Pare la m_quina cuando la aguje est_ picada en
el tejide ata derecha de laa puntadas (posiciSn
C).
Paso D: Lade derecho
1, Ajuete le posiei6n de la aguja en "R", et ancho de
puntada en _2 _y el largo en "F".
2, Coee hesta que ta aguja alcance el primer rema-
te.
3. Pare ts maquiea cuando la aguja esta picade en
el tejido a ta de.ha de Ins puntadae (posiciSn
D);
Paso E: Pars asegurar Ins p_mtadas dei oja!
1_ Pars asegurar lee puntadae; gire el tejide de 90
grades er_et sentide contrario atde insmaeec#tas
de un retoj y cose 5 5 6 puntades rectas (v6ase ta

2, Retire et tejido de la rn_quins.
