t Raise the needle to its highest position by turning
the boI_ca whsel toward you (counterclockwise)
and raise {he presser foot lever.
2. Open the ShoNe Cover behind the extension tab!e
on the front o_ the machine and remove the
bobbin case by pulling its latch toward you and
pulling it out from the shuttle race {See fig. A).
3. Unw}nd about 10 _m (4") from 8 full bobbin and
ir_sert the bobbin into the bobbin case. Pal} the
trailing thread }nto the SIO{,down and to the left as
shown in f_gs. Be-,1and _2; until it enters the
delivery eye under the tension spring.
4 Hoiding the bobbin case bY the latch, fully insert
the bobbin ease into the shuttle lace and release
the latch. Make sure the metal finger fiL_ into the
notch at the top of the race as shown in fig. C
below.
