[] Available Functions in IPI (Auto) Mode
In I_1 (auto) mode, macro mode ([_ 31) and exposure compensation ([] 32) car/be applied and
pictures can be taken using the flash mode ([_ 28) and seifitimer ([_ 30). Pressing MENUin I_1 (auto)
mode displays the shooting menu. This menu allows you to specify the image mode (_ 95), white
balance setting (_ 97), and to apply continuous shooting (_ 99), iSO sensitivity ([] 101), color
options ([_ 102), AF area ([_ 103) and Distortion control ([_ 106), to suit shooting conditions or your
own preferences.
[] Vibration Reduction
Vibration reduction (_ 123), when On (default setting) is selected, can be applied to effectively
reduce blu r, caused by slight hand movement known as ca mera shake, that commonly occu rs when
shooting with zoom applied or at slow shutter speeds.
Vibration reduction can be used in all shooting modes,
Turn vibration reduction off when using a tripod to stabilize the camera during shooting.
