display pictures in "contact sheets" of thumbnail
images. The following operations can be performed
while thumbnails are displayed.

protected pictures ([] 111) are chosen, the icons
shown at right are displayed with them. Movies
are displayed as film frames,

thumbnails changes reversely.

• When Thumbnails are displayed in the Auto sort mode (1_ 60), the
icon of the genre of the played back pictures will appear at the
right top of the screen.
• The Add favorite pictures icon will be shown at the top rig ht of the
screen when thumbnail playback mode is entered while in favorite
pictures playback (_ 66).
