Turns on high-speed double-density graphics mode with 960 possi-
ble dot positions per eight-inch line and 1632 per 13.6-inch line. Will
not print consecutive dots in a row.
If d is the total number of columns required,
n1 = d MOD 256
n2 = INT(d / 256)
This command must be followed by d data numbers.
