Detail
E-mail may not reach the recipient due to problems in the internet net-
work pathway even if [----] is displayed on the Transmission Result
Screen (Job List > Job Details > Send > Job History List) or in the result
column of Activity Report. [----] displayed on the Transmission Result
Screen or the Activity Report indicates that the fax is sent properly. If the
reception confirmation (MDN) is received, [OK] is displayed in the on the
Transmission Result Screen or in the result column of Activity Report.
Use G3 Fax to send and receive important contents.
Auto printing
Interval at which the communication management report is printed can be
set in [Report Setting] of the Utility mode.
