Type in the name of the user connecting to the external
server.
Type in the password of the user connecting to the external
server.
Type in the search base of the external server.
Select a range within which search is performed on the ex-
ternal server.
"OneLevel": Specifies one level lower than one specified for
"Search Base" as a range for the search.
"Subtree": Specifies all levels lower than one specified for
"Search Base" as a range for the search.
