Check the AC adapter
output voltage (+5V/24V)
Correct?
Yes
Replace the control
board
Replace the DC cable
<Symptom>· The printer does not turn on even when the POWER
button is pressed.
· The printer does not perform initialization even when
the POWER button is pressed.
<Cause> Faulty AC adapter, control board, or DC cable.
