Key tones
Activating/ deactivating the key tones and setting the volume for the key tones.
Settings:
5 ... 40: Adjusting the key tone volume.
OFF: No key tones.
Beep level
Setting the volume for confirmation and warning beeps.
Settings:
5 ... 40: Adapting the volume of confirmation and warning beeps.
Confirmation and warning beeps cannot be deactivated.
Off timer
Setting the operating time for the unit when the ignition is switched off.
Settings:
1 ... 60: The unit automatically switches itself off after a set time if it was turned on
using the POWER button with the ignition off.
Reset
Resetting all user-definable settings to the default values.
Select "Reset" in the setup menu.
All the settings in the setup menu will be reset to the default values.
All entries in the address book will remain stored.
Illumination settings
Setting display contrast and brightness as well as unit illumination.
Select "Illumination" in the setup menu.
The "ILLUMINATION" setup menu appears.
The following functions are available:
Contrast
Setting the display contrast.
Settings:
0 ... 100: Setting the value in percent.
Brightness
Setting the display brightness.
Settings:
0 ... 100: Setting the value in percent.
Button bright.
Setting the brightness for buttons and keys.
Settings:
0 ... 100: Setting the value in percent.
