Deleting a via point
If via points have been entered for the current destination, you can display the via
point list and delete individual via points from it.
Select "Via point list" in the "VIA POINT" menu.
A list of the stored via points appears.
Select the via point to be deleted from the list and confirm your selection.
The selected via point is deleted.
Via points can also be deleted using the "TRIP INFO –> Via pt." menu, see page 36.
Deleting via points not reached
Via points which you have not reached or which are no longer required must be de-
leted from the via point list so that the navigation system may plan the route to the
next via point or to the final destination. If a not reached via point is not deleted, the
system will continue to try and guide you to this via point.
Notes:
The maximum number of stored via points is 25.
It is possible to enter new via points en route to the final destination at any time.
Once a via point has been reached ("destination reached"), it is deleted from the list
of via points.
