We recommend that you remove and shake the installed ink cartridges thoroughly once

The ink freezes if left at below –4°F (–20°C) for a long time. If it does freeze, leave it at room

temperature 77°F (25°C) for at least four hours (without condensation).
Do not refill the ink.
