From the Administrator Applications page, select the application to install.
The panel for the selected application opens.

Download the application according to the instructions on the panel for the application.

Install the application by double-clicking on the downloaded file.

Configure the clients according to your system documentation.
Installing Reporting for Contact Center (RCC)
If you uninstalled Reporting for Contact Center (RCC) in the pre-upgrade tasks or if you require
RCC, you can now install RCC to function with your BCM 4.0 system.
If you are not familiar with RCC or for more detailed information on installing and working with
RCC, refer to the Reporting for Contact Center Setup and Operations Guide.
For more information on installing updates using Element Manager, refer to the software updates
chapter in the BCM 4.0 Administration Guide.
To install RCC

Obtain the latest voice mail update from the Nortel Technical Support website.

Obtain the latest RCC update from the Nortel Technical Support website.

Perform a backup of the RCC database.

Install the voice mail update on the BCM 4.0 system using the software updates feature in
Element Manager.

Install the RCC update on the BCM 4.0 system using the software updates feature in Element
Manager.
6
Download the RCC application from the BCM 4.0 system to the Web Host PC.
7
Install the RCC application on the Web Host PC.
