Telephone Operation

Press to silence the microphone. You will see

MICROPHONE MUTED in the display for four sec-
onds. A indicator will stay in the display while
MUTE
the call is muted. If you are using the base speaker-
phone, the

will be able to hear, but the person on the other end
will not be able to hear you until you press

Ring silencing

If you have dial pulse (rotary) service, you can switch to
touch tone dialing during a call by pressing
