Reviewing a Talking Caller ID (LOCAL) Announcement

Press U.

Use the softkey to select DIR.

Select ANS SYS.

Select LOCAL.

Select REVIEW. The screen displays the first LOCAL announcement.

Use < or > to display the announcement you want to review.

Select OPTIONS.

Select PLAY. The system plays the announcement. You can select
STOP to stop playback
— OR —
Select RE-RECORD to change the announcement.

Select DONE to exit.
Deleting a Talking Caller ID (LOCAL) Announcement

Press U.

Use the softkey to select DIR.

Select ANS SYS.
Select LOCAL.

Select REVIEW. The screen displays the first LOCAL announcement.

Use < or > to display the announcement you want to delete.
7
Select OPTIONS.

Press >.

Select DELETE. The announcement is deleted, and the remaining
announcements are renumbered appropriately.

Select DONE.
